6.5.1 - System Contexts

System contexts are specially-reserved for recalling certain tasks - specifically, 'Completed', 'Archived' and 'Reference' tasks.

Viewing Completed Tasks

Completed tasks are those tasks which have been marked as completed, once you've carried out the task in question. When marked completed, a task is no longer visible in the main project/task view. To see these tasks you need to select the '@completed' context from the context menu as shown below.

Tip: When viewing completed tasks, the right-click menu has the option to 'mark task active' which revokes the completed status of that task, and restores it to the project in which it was last listed.

Viewing Archived Tasks

When processing tasks in the ShoutDone Inbox, one of the options available to you is the 'archive' option. Setting a task to 'archive' status removes the task from the main project/task view, so that it no longer distracts from the other tasks needing completing.

To view archived tasks, you simply need to select the '@archived' context from the context menu as shown below.

Viewing Reference Tasks

Another of the options available to you when processing tasks in the Inbox is the 'reference' option. Setting a task to 'reference' status removes the task from the main project/task view, again so that it stops you from diluting your focus upon the tasks that actually need completing. To view reference tasks, you simply need to select the '@reference' context from the context menu as shown below.
